كوچه نُسمك در هشتی‌كلای كلاردشت واقع است که از بكرترین مناطق بر روی تپه‌ها است. آسمان مه‌آلودش از  زیباترین مناظر طبیعی در فصول مختلف خطه شمال است و سرمای طاقت فرسای زمستان‌هایش با دود هیزم‌ها در هم می‌آمیزد. در بستر این زمین‌ها معدود ویلاهایی ساخته شده است.

نسمه همیشه نسیم را دارد.

زمین قطعه‌ای از یك زمین بزرگ تفكیك‌شده به شش قطعه زمین است. كه دارای شیب از چند جهت هستند.

نسمه در ارتفاع، پذیرای این مه و نسیم است در نتیجه طراحی ویلا از بالا كشیدن دو مثلث در جهت دید ومنظر زیبا ی زمین اغاز شده است كه یك نمای مثلث با مساحت بیشتر  در ارتفاع بالاتر از درختان طبیعی زمین به منظور لمس زیبایی تپه‌ها و آسمان مه‌آلود و مناظر پله‌پله‌ای بستر منطقه است، و جبهه مثلث دیگر ورودی ویلا را تعریف می‌كند به همین علت طراحی ویلا از مقطع فضاهای داخلی  و جانمایی در كد های مختلف ارتفاعی شكل میگیرد  كه هر كد منظره ای را قاب میگیرد ،و با فضای سبز پله پله تركیب میشود .دومثلث در تقاطع خود تفكیك فضاهای داخلی را سبب می شوند  و كادر های مختلفی از بازی های فضایی از فضای باز بیرون ویلا و درون ویلا را سبب میشوند

The alley of Nosmak is located in Hashikola in Kelardasht which is one of the most untouched and original regions on the hills. Its cloudy sky is one of the prettiest natural scenery in various seasons in the northern territory, and the onerous cold in the winter, is combined with the smoke of firewood …

On these lands, numerable villas have been constructed.

The land of this villas is a section of vast land which has been divided into six land plots that is steep from several directions.

In highlands, Nasmeh includes the breeze and fog. Therefore, the design of the villa has begun by including two triangles in the view direction and the beautiful scenery of the land that one of the triangle views which covers a vaster area is located in the elevation higher than the natural trees of the land. The objective of this exploit is feeling the beauty of the hills and foggy sky, and the stair-like scenery of the region. Another triangle side defines the entrance part of the villa. Hence, the design of the villa is formed of interior spaces and location of places in different levels of height, in a way that each level has captured a scenery and is combined with the green stair-like space. Intersecting each other, the two triangles segregate the interior spaces, and cause various frames of “space games” between the outer and interior spaces of the villa.

(سقف پاركینگ  ،حیاطی با  شومینه ای رو باز و منظری خوش ،دیدی به زیست فضای داخلی ناهار خوری ویلا دارد )در این راستا سیركولاسیون های عمودی پروژه نقش مهمی را ایفا میكنند و شیب پله ها با شیب سقف از نظر زیبایی شناسی كار میكند

دسترسی به فضای اتاق ها از داخل و بیرون لند اسكیپ طراحی شده اند تادسترسی مستقل و وابسته را تعریف كنند و استخر به دلیل محرمیت فضایی و فرهنگی  بستر كشور در پایین ترین نقطه به دور ازدید زمین های مجاور شكل گرفته است پله های لند اسكیپ پروژه و پله های داخلی ارتباط تنگاتنگ فضاهای بیرونی و داخلی را سبب میشوند.سیركولاسیون موثر  دیگر ,پله های تعریف شده روی بام مثلث دوم برای دسترسی مستقل به اتاق مستر است كه فضای جداگانه و كنده شده ای از ویلا محسوب می شود كه دارای بازی حجمی فضای بیرون و همزمان داخلی به سالن است این تداخل حجم و پله درسقف تی وی روم خود نمایی میكند  كه فضاهای خاصی برای گوشه نشینی و كادر هایی از حركت افراد ، كتاب خواندن و عبور انها را قاب میگیرد علاوه بر ان سیركولاسیون و فضای سبز روی بام ویلای نسمه فضایی برای استنشاق اسمان مه الود و بوی هیزم سوخته منطقه ، نشستن و دود كردن سیگار بر لب پله و قاب گرفتن  اسمان تمیز  و چریدن دام ها و حركت مردم است

پله‌ها در این ویلا نقش فضایی و فرمی فارغ از عملكرد صرف بازی می‌كنند.

The parking ceiling, (a yard with an outdoor fireplace and beautiful scenery) has a view toward the indoor bio-space of the dining room. In this regard, the vertical circulations of the project play an important role and the slope of the stairs cooperate with the slope of the roof in terms of aesthetics.

Getting access to the rooms is possible from inside and outside of the landscape to define the independent and dependent access, and due to the spatial and cultural privacy of the country, the pool is constructed at the lowest point away from the view of nearby lands. The landscape stairs of the project and interior stairs make a close interconnection between outer and interior spaces. The other effective circulation is the stairs designed on the roof of the second triangle for independent access to the master room, which is a separate and segregated space of the villa, which plays a volumetric game with the outer space and simultaneously with the interior space of the hall. This intervention between volume and stairs is reflected in the ceiling of the TV room, that includes particular spaces for seclusion and frames people’s movement, their reading books and passing. Additionally, the circulation and the green space on the roof of Nasmeh Villa is a space for inhaling the foggy sky and the smell of burnt firewood in the region, sitting and smoking cigarettes on the stairs and staring at the clean sky and grazing cattle and people’s movement. Regardless of mere functionality, the stairs in this villa paly a spatial and formic role.
